I found the place by chance and it turned out to be a gem, authentic Spanish food with phenomenal service. The place has a very homely and familiar atmosphere, thanks largely to the owner and her daughter who serve you personally. Recommended, I asked the chef's suggestion.

Food to enjoy. 450p/p with drink. The croquettes are better than the Salamanca neighborhood of Madrid itself. Homemade Aioli. Baked Chamorro that you collect the broth with a ciabatta bread that you lick your fingers. I gave myself a gastronomic treat.

It's a beautiful place! It takes you back to the north of Spain, the food is exquisite, the treatment is super friendly! The owners make you feel at home... I highly recommend it if you want to go to eat delicious, comfortable food and with very affordable prices according to the deliciousness of the dishes... I will go many more times, we were delighted

Excellent as always

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SPANISH FOOD. We started with a starter of Serrano ham croquettes, accompanied by house wine. We ordered lentils, fabada, a knocker cake, tuna puff pastry, a beef breast. Dessert: Catalan custard, cheese flan with curd and coffee I must say that everything is really delicious, a corner of Spain in Mexico. Price-quality ratio: excellent 1,435 Mexican pesos for four people The place is run by the owner, who makes you feel like you are getting to see family.

The owner graciously served us authentic basque food and guided us to try new foods and liquors from the basque region! The owners are a mother and daughter who make incredible food and take the time to explain the dishes and options, which were bursting with flavor! Truly a delightful dinner, we look forward to going back.

I'm an American living in Tacoma, Washington, but I've been coming to LA Adalba now for 19 years. Amazingly, each time I return, it's better than I remember. If, like me, you come to Puebla as a tourist or student and want something beyond the Mexican dishes Puebla is known for La Adalba is the place for you. La Adalba offers a wholesome change of place with authentic dishes typical of Spain and the Basque country. The people who run the place are incredibly hospitable too. I keep telling them to start a cooking class for tourists like me, but yet.....

All the food here is excellent. We ordered paella for lunch and it was delicious, with an unbeatable flavor. For me, it's the best paella in Puebla. I've been to several places in Puebla, and it's without a doubt the best! The Santiago cake is succulent. I highly recommend it. If you're sure you'll be eating there, make sure you call to reserve a table, because everything sells out quickly.
